A long hike on a well-marked path, part of the European trail E4, in a forest in the western White Mountains, starting from the chapel of Agioi Theodoroi at the Seliniotikos Gyros of the Omalos Plateau, a wonderful wooded route that takes us from Seliniotikos Gyros to Koustogerako and Livada in the province of Selino.
