A one-day hiking trip starting north of Omalos mountain plain. First, we follow a dirt-road downhill to join the path down the valley through bushy vegetation. After approximately 1hr we reach the old, forgotten stone-built path (“Voidodema“), with ancient cypress trees and panoramic views to the north coast and the villages of Askidia and Chosti. This path used to be the only connection between the mountain villages before roads were built. We follow the path gradually uphill all the way to the end and the area of Petras Seli.

After approximately 1hr we reach the old, forgotten stone-built path (“Voidodema“), with ancient cypress trees and panoramic views to the north coast and the villages of Askidia and Chosti. This path used to be the only connection between the mountain villages before roads were built. We follow the path gradually uphill all the way to the end and the area of Petras Seli. The cobbled path passes through a pine forest, while it has no exposed parts (cliff, scree, etc.).
Participants must be in good physical condition, wear hiking shoes (ankle boots or closed sports shoes), have a wind/waterproof raincoat, long trousers (spiky bushes on the path in some places) and warm clothes, gloves, hat, light lunch/picnic/snack and water.

-During the hike and along the entire route, all the health and safety rules and regulations due to Covid-19 will be practiced.
-Face masks are mandatory in the bus.
