We will start from the picturesque Merona (610 m. altitude) and hiking along a well-formed path in the wild Cretan beauty we will climb to the peak "Agios Pneuma" (930 m.) with the small church. We will stop and enjoy a wonderful view.
Then we will descend smoothly to 850m. altitude and we will start a new ascent in a rocky field off the path and on a path towards the peak "Katsonychi" (1,091m.), after crossing a ridge for 2 hours. The view from this peak is UNIQUE. We will see almost all the villages of Amari, Kedros, Asiderotas, Soros, Psiloritis, Thalia Ori, etc.
After making the necessary stop at the top, we will descend, off the path at the beginning, and at the end by a rural road, just outside of Patsos (410m.)
